Biva Talukdar, Ph.D.
Dr. Biva Talukdar is an electrochemist and materials scientist focused on translating clean-energy research into scalable industrial solutions. With experience spanning the United States, Taiwan, India, and Germany, she has worked at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), Academia Sinica, and IIT Guwahati.
Her expertise covers the full R&D pipeline, including catalyst design, reactor development, electrochemical testing, and advanced materials characterization. Her work focuses on COâ‚‚ conversion, green hydrogen production, ammonia synthesis, carbon capture, and nanomaterials for sustainable energy applications.
Dr. Talukdar has contributed to multi-million-dollar research programs, helped secure over $1 million in follow-on funding, and authored more than 25 scientific publications. Based in Munich, Germany, she shares insights on clean energy, advanced materials, and industrial decarbonization while supporting the transition toward a more sustainable future.
